About Us
At MAVÉ Mallorca Homes, we believe that real estate is never just about buildings – it’s about people, life transitions, and trust.
Founded by Isabel Vollmar and Alberto Moreno, MAVÉ grew from a shared conviction: that buying or selling a home should feel personal, not overwhelming.
We are not a big chain. We are not trying to impress with numbers. We focus on a few things – and we do them very well: clear communication, professional support, and local knowledge that actually helps.
Isabel comes from Germany and Canada, with a background in media and customer care. Alberto was born in Uruguay and has lived on Mallorca for over 10 years, working in sales, project management and negotiation.
Together, we understand international families, local owners, and the emotional complexity of real estate decisions.
We live in the north of Mallorca, with our daughter – and we built MAVÉ not just as a business, but as a reflection of what we stand for: clarity, calm, and commitment.
